Frequently Asked Questions
Our first session will be a 60-minute evaluation session. After that, additional (1-2) 50-minute evaluation sessions may be necessary. We’ll decide if I will be able to provide the services you need to meet your treatment goals during this evaluation period. At the end of this evaluation period, I will give you feedback and discuss a treatment plan. Treatment plans will consist of psychotherapy with or without medications. Subsequent sessions will be 45 minutes (psychotherapy with or without psychopharmacology) or 30 minutes (psychopharmacology).
Fees vary based on length of appointment. Please call the office to discuss fees.

Initial Adult Consultations- 60-90 minutes
Adult follow-up Medication Management: 30-45 minutes.
50-minute Psychotherapy Sessions
Dr. Indira Bolano Horst is not a part of any insurance panels and does not process requests for
insurance reimbursement. As such, each provider is considered an “out of network” provider for
most PPO plans. If you have a health benefits policy that provides mental health coverage, you
may be entitled to insurance reimbursement for any provided professional services. You will
receive an itemized invoice at the end of each visit to submit to your insurance company if you
choose.

We accept cash, Zelle and all major credit cards.
